At Terrene Products, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and transparently. This policy explains how we process and ship orders placed on info@terreneproducts.com.


1. Where We Ship

  • United States: Shipping available nationwide.

  • Future Expansion: We’re working to add more countries—check back for updates.


2. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): Always FREE on all orders.

  • Flat Rate Shipping: Applies to White Glove and Fragile Item delivery (when required).

  • International Orders: Not yet available.

💡 No hidden fees—shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout.


3. Processing Times

  • Standard Processing: Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST start processing the same day.

  • Weekend/Holiday Orders: Processed the next business day.


4. Delivery Estimates

  • U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • U.S. Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days

  • International Shipping: Not currently available

📦 Delivery times are estimates. Weather, carrier delays, or customs (for future international orders) may affect timing.


5. Carriers & Tracking

We partner with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

  • Tracking: Every order includes tracking details sent by email.

  • Insurance: All shipments are covered against loss or damage.


6. Delivery Issues

Delayed or Lost Packages

  • If your package is delayed, contact us at info@terreneproducts.com

  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please:

    1. Confirm your shipping address.

    2. Check with neighbors or building staff.

    3. Reach out to us for further assistance.

Damaged Packages

  • Report damage within 7 days of delivery with photos of packaging and items.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Missing Items

  • Report within 7 days of delivery with your order number and item details.

  • We’ll send the missing item(s) or issue a refund.


7. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the return.

8. Incorrect Address

  • Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address:

    • We’ll contact you to reship.

    • Additional shipping charges may apply.


9. International Orders (Future)

  • Orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees.

  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Customs clearance can cause delivery delays beyond our estimates.
